Mechanical Solutions and Associates, LLC (MSA) was formed in 2001 with a small staff and a few good mechanics. Our mission is to deliver quality work at a reasonable price. 
Mechanical Solutions specializes in system analysis and re-commissioning of existing buildings.
Mechanical Solutions provides a reliable, dependable and precise answers for your current and future HVAC-R needs. Our staff is prepared to handle your requests for service, installation and maintenance on a wide variety of equipment.
Our prompt response is our priority to eliminate downtime for your tenants, students, patients, employees or critical lab work. Our attention to detail and communication is what keeps you on line in the most efficient manner.
Our business has grown to 15 full time employees with annual sales above $3,500,000.00 and our customer base is as diversified as the people who work for MSA.
Owner Bio
MSA is owned by Jim McCullough. Jim started in the industry in 1977 with the Steamfitters local 420 (LU420) as a service apprentice. After serving 4 years in the apprenticeship program he continued his education with 4 years of advanced training and 2 years of electronics all thru LU420.
After serving 15 years a service mechanic he left the union and pursued a career in sales and a technical support role. Jim also has been a HVAC instructor at Delaware County Community College for 18 years.
Trust and honesty with customers, along with the relationships Jim McCullough has developed over the many years of his career have resulted in a strong customer base and accounts for the excellent growth that allowed Mechanical Solutions to reach its current size.
